Another Weigh was born out of the need to offer a way of make life changes without you risking your health in the process. Often times, we try to take the quickest and least painful ways to lose weight and due to the extreme caloric restrictions and/or unattainable goals, we fail. We fail and we damage our bodies and metabolism at the same time.

We would like to help you change the vicious cycle of weight management through the Another Weigh program! This program was designed using the two most effective, life-changing tools; Hypnosis and Life Coaching, as a way to unhook unhealthy eating (and thinking) habits and to teach you how to reach your Ideal Body weight in a natural and healthy way. Our unique approach is sure to help you transform both body and mind. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body, you must also exercise your mind!

We’ve all heard the simple math to reducing your weight is: calories in vs. calories out. While that is very true we both know that there are so many other challenges to factor in, such as: emotional eating, social eating, lack of motivation, no goal or focus, lack of support, the list goes on and on.

Another Weigh consists of a balance of Education, Modeling, Guidance, Emotional support and Accountability. Breaking bad eating habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face but together we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. Living a healthy life doesn't have to be difficult. In fact, it shouldn't. This program not only teaches you how to make healthy choices but to understand all of the emotional reasons that you have made unhealthy choices in the past. 

Think about this. If you are measuring your success (or lack thereof) by the number on the scale then you are looking in the wrong direction. Your current weight is a result of your past thoughts and actions. Thoughts and actions that can change into new positive behaviors. The numbers on the scale is the outcomeWe guide you to understand why you made the decisions of the past in order to correct them and at the same time, we direct you to create a vision of your future to move toward.
